If you had the money and your girlfriend asked would you buy them a boob job?

Bit Of back ground. We have a child together but aren't married yet (that's on the way) I have begun to make good money but I'm obviously keen to buy a house so am thinking of that as a priority. As an earnings example I could buy them for her with my bonus next month. She is desperate for them as after having our child they all but disappeared after breast feeding.
