Where can I find someone to build a website?

Before anyone answers, let me just say that I have tried and failed at doing this myself, which is why I am here. I have an idea for a website, a simple yet unique design that would have no rivals as of yet. I'm not expecting the next facebook by any means, but I do think the idea is something that could generate a good amount of traffic. If anyone is interested in first obviously going over the idea and then, if a good match is found, creating the website for some sort of compensation of course, perhaps a percentage of all future earnings, let me know.
