Whats best, boss ml-2 or line 6 pod 2.0?

I have just passed my exams and was wanting a boss ml-2 for a while. I play in drop c usually and play things like parkway drive, your demise etc. I know the power and how good both of them are but which is best to get heavy distortion but also some other tones. I know the Pod 2.0 can bust out some heavy distortion tones too. For reference i am using a line 6 spider iv 30.
