I know things before they happen?

It comes randomly, and it's kinda hard to explain. I just get the feeling a particular thing is going to happen and 80% of the time it does. For example, a couple of months ago, I had a strong feeling my mom was going to get in a car accident on maret parkway(major highway in CT) on the way home from work, and it turned out she hit the back of an SUV because she was talking on the phone. Another time I had a feeling my sister was gonna get some type of injury that day, I didn't know when and how, but I had the feeling she will. Turns out when my dad came home and. Told them that they are going to the pool, they got excited, and started running around the house(they were little kids at the time). Then my sister slipped on a toy car, and fell on the corner of the counter with her face. The impact split her lips in half and pit a big gash in her nose. I was just wondering if anyone else can do this, and if it's normal or some special gift. Thanks
