Anyone live in Parkway Commons, Carol Stream, IL apartments?

I have had friends who lived in two different complexes in Carol Stream and they have had nothing but a lot trouble in all of them! Cars being wrecked, drugs, bad neighbors in everyway you think of, and on and on
