Wimbledon vs. Gold... 2012?

I'm not sure if this is real...but I guess an answer is an answer. Why is Philippoussis coming back for these events?...He's been playing on the senior tour (and losing to some of them), so if he REALLY wanted to win these events then he should be coming back to the real tour because that's where the real competition is and that way he could adjust to the men's game. Honestly, Mark is pretty old in terms of tennis now, and for him to think that his time hasn't already passed is on the verge of wishful thinking. Not only is Federer still a powerful threat, but Rafa and Novak are also better than every before and Murray is just barely behind them. Then on top of that you still have players like Del Potro, Soderling, Roddick...just preparing for a full year in the English climate isn't going to be enough to compete against these players who are playing on the tour and really getting a taste of true competition. Today (as you probably know) the players are more complete than ever before, and they don't just have one consistent weapon, but several. Mark's power game really isn't unique in today's game and probably won't get him very far, he'll have to learn to be crafty, consistent, yet powerfully effective. Probably the most important things he'll need to compete are speed and fitness because of the level of physicality that the top players deal with in their matches. If Philippoussis wants to avoid bankruptcy he should find some kind of sponsorship or just live a modest lifestyle...honestly if this is serious, Philippoussis has very little chance of beating some of the greatest players of all time at this type of stage, he had his chances years ago when he was in his prime on the tour..but again if he won't give it up (and this is real) then actually joining the tour and adjusting to the way the game is played now is probably the first and most important step for his success.
