Can a Teenager Market CPA Offers Online?

I am under eighteen but wish to make money online by marketing CPA Offers (if that makes sense). If I make over (900 dollars, I believe it is?) I have to file a tax form, don't I? Can I legally have CPA Offers running on my site, can I legally make money off of them, and can I legally file a tax form from said earnings?
