Has anyone else been ticketing by FL State Trooper on Suncoast Parkway by bogus radar clock? ?

Happens ALL the time, especially to women, according to my step father, a retired police officer, a lot of the male officers pull over women on bogus "speeding" to look down their shirts in low profile cars. Creepy.
