Got offered my dream job after interview..but it's sessional work with no guaranteed hours? Better then no job?

If it's your dream job - TAKE IT! Often times employers will leave the hours open, calling it more seasonal than anything, just to see how dedicated the new person is going to be. A new person that doesn't really care, obviously shows it by not caring how many hours there are and doesn't always put their best foot forward. If you go in and work, be an active team member, watch for ways to make a few good suggestions after a while (not immediately) and you are always dependable - they might come up with the full-time position quicker than you think. Until then, work any part-time job you can find to make up the difference with the food, rent, and expenses. But, keep in mind which one of the two jobs is your primary goal. Try it and I'm sure you'll do well. Good Luck!!
